Unfinished Conversations #5
Johann Landersdorfer, known as Hans, and Robert Innerhofer run a gourmet restaurant in Munich’s historic city centre. This hidden gem of an eatery has neither a menu nor stars but prides itself in the same high standards. They were the first restaurant in Munich to consistently only open during the week. That is their approach. Hans, the chef, combines good traditional fare with innovative haute cuisine, while Robert shares his love of wine with the guests. Only the products Hans himself has bought at the market in the morning come onto the plates in the restaurant.
This conversation took place at table 1001 in Hackenstraße. A place that gives you the opportunity to experience the beauty of the here and now. And where you can feel just how much love the hosts put into it.
